Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return conditions for products of appropriate quality
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", there are two reasons why the buyer can return or exchange the goods he bought:
1. if the product does not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer;
2. if the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not satisfy the buyer.
The return is carried out using the transport services of the "Nova Poshta" company.
The return must be of appropriate quality, namely:
- the product has not been used and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
- the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;
- all labels and factory markings are preserved;
- the product retains its commercial appearance and its consumer properties.
It is possible to return the shipment within 14 days from the moment of receipt.
The return is made at the expense of the Sender.
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods by the seller.
Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", in the event that defects are discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand:
- proportional price reduction;
- free elimination of product defects;
- reimbursement of expenses for elimination of product defects.

The consumer's requirements provided for in this article shall not be fulfilled if the seller, the manufacturer (the enterprise that satisfies the consumer's requirements, established by the first part of this article) proves that the defects of the product arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the product or its storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the inspection of the quality of the goods personally or through his representative.
The return is made at the expense of the Recipient.
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods by the seller.
According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" , the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
