Returns and exchanges
The company returns and exchanges goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" .

Terms and costs
- Return/exchange period: up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- Return delivery: by arrangement with the manager (usually at the sender's expense).
- Refund: within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods by the seller.
Return of goods of proper quality
According to Article 9 of the Law, the buyer may return/exchange the goods if they do not fit or for other reasons not related to defects.
Acceptance conditions:
- the product has not been used , without traces of use (scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.);
- The complete set and factory packaging have been preserved;
- all labels and factory markings are present;
- the product retains its presentation and consumer properties.
Goods of inadequate quality
According to Article 8 of the Law, within the warranty period, if defects are discovered, the buyer has the right to demand:
- proportional price reduction ;
- free elimination of defects or reimbursement of costs for their elimination;
- in case of defects that cannot be repaired - replacement of goods or refund of money .
Claims are not subject to satisfaction if the defects have arisen as a result of violation of the rules of use or storage. The consumer has the right to be present when checking the quality of the goods.
Exceptions to returns
According to the Law, the seller may refuse to return/exchange goods of proper quality if they are included in the current List of non-food goods that are not subject to return and exchange.
